SEA attended Transport Logistic 2023 in Munich with its own stand, within the 'Air cargo Europe' space.
The biannual event (the next appointment is in 2025) was held from May 9, 2023 to May 12, 2023 in the spaces of the exhibition center of the German city and it is among the main international events dedicated to logistics, mobility and supply chain management.

The colleagues involved were Francesco Raschi, Paolo Dallanoce, Cecilia Emiliani and Isabella Foresti from Cargo and Real Estate, and Alessandro Locarno from Public Affairs & External Communication.

There was a great attendance of exhibitors and visitors from all over the world for an event focused on transport and logistics as a whole, with a considerable presence, therefore, also of the naval and railway sectors: 12 pavilions, 2,320 exhibitors from 67 countries and more than 75,000 visitors from more than 120 countries.

There was a strong desire from operators to leave the pandemic period behind and go back doing business in presence.
On May 11, SEA, together with Circle Group (an international group specialized in solutions for the automation and digitalization of the supply chain), hosted a networking cocktail to illustrate the project of digitization of the cargo sector launched in the past few months.
Among the main carriers met there were Amazon Air, Cargolux, Emirates, Etihad, Eva Air, Lufthansa Cargo, MSC Air Cargo and Silk Way. Despite the current market uncertainty, the networking moments highlighted a positive orientation towards traffic development at Malpensa airport starting from the second half of the year, confirming Malpensa's role as a leading hub for goods in Southern Europe.

It was also interesting to meet up with Interporto of Padua, from which SEA received useful suggestions for the management of the "Pass4Core" Secure Parking soon to be built (by the end of 2024) in the cargo area of our airport.
